AvFab’s STOWAWAY Multi-Use Medical Stretcher kit provides Beechcraft King Air, Cessna Caravan, Pilatus PC-12 and Daher Kodiak 100 operators with the option of easily converting their floorplan for transporting a CASEVAC or non-critical care (NEMT) patient. Weighing only 36 lbs., the kit can be conveniently stored in a wing locker, cargo pod or baggage area when not in use.
Kit includes stretcher support assemblies, (1) Ferno model 12-2A portable aero (folding) litter, restraint system, mounting hardware, installation instructions, carry case and weight & balance data. Illustration shows Ferno model 12-2A aero litter with adjustable backrest.

When not in use, STOWAWAY conveniently folds in half allowing it to be stored in the aircraft’s wing locker, cargo pod, or baggage area.”

The AvFab STOWAWAY stretcher will fit both left hand and right hand installations of all four airframes.
