King Air Globetrotter GT High Density VIP Executive Transport Seat RH
Part Number: 32-0436
AvFab’s STC approved Globetrotter GT is designed for maximum passenger comfort and durability in high density VIP executive and commuter King Air floor plans. Using 9 pounds as the default foam, the following weight estimates are accurate:
a. Forward-Facing Seat, 28 pounds (add 1.5 pounds for headrest, if desired)
b. Forward-Facing Reclining Seat, 29 pounds (add 1.5 pounds for headrest, if desired)
c. Aft/Fwd-Facing Seat, 33 pounds (includes headrest)
The second arm rest weighs 1.5 pounds, so this would be eliminated in aircraft that have arm ledges built in to the aircraft side panels.
NOTE: If a seat is installed in the RH Aft location (across from door) immediately in front of baggage partition, no outboard armrest is available.

The Globetrotter GT Seat is engineered for lightweight durability and affordability, with elements that make it conducive to maximum high density applications. It was designed to enhance the ease of occupants ingress and egress, by increasing leg, knee, foot room, and passenger comfort. It is best-suited for applications where maximum executive commuter seating is desired. Seat includes lap belt, life vest pouch, and cushions (un-upholstered). Various floor plans available.
Head Rest, Arm Rest (NOTE: If a seat is installed in the RH Aft location (across from door) immediately in front of baggage partition, no outboard armrest is available), Leather Upholstery, Life Vest, Underseat Storage Bracket
No airframe modification is required other than removing existing seats and furnishings, and sliding the new high density seats onto original seat rails (complete installation instructions, diagrams, and weight and balance information are included in the kit). On some models of the King Air, a table plug is recommended for aesthetic purposes. The Underseat Storage Bracket serves as a restraint bar for personal items to be stored under the seat in front of each occupant. The weight limit is 12 pounds, which is ideal for personal electronics, purses, small bags, and other items that need to be available to the occupant during the flight. This bracket is available as a service bulletin, and can be installed in the field in .25 hours.
STC and PMA eliminating the need for field approval.
